Your monthly content will be updated on our members-only portal.  When you open your  content, you can save it to your Canva account in just a few clicks to start your editing process. Our tutorials will show you how easy it is to brand the content as your own.  

You will need a Canva account to edit and brand your content. You can change the fonts, colors and text if you'd like.  You can also add  your logo.  We recommend Canva Pro to give you more robust features, but using the Free version of Canva is fine as well.  

You can cancel at any time.  

As evidence-based practitioners, we are all working off the same body of psychology research - so while the information and translation of research into consumer-facing content should be the same, the content must reflect your practice philosophy and scope of work. That's exactly the reason why we offer our content as a white-labeled license. You change it to make it your own. We provide the foundation, and you build the house [the fun part]. We all don't need to be doing the research and creating materials from scratch. So we give mental health practitioners a HUGE head-start that saves so much time.

You can do a simple "copy - paste - done" and be finished with your branding and scheduling in 30 minutes or you can take up to an hour to do more extensive edits.  We provide tips and tutorials to show you various ways to leverage the content to save time. Keep in mind that creating content from scratch can take days and a lot of creative energy.

Our templates will work for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and any other image based platform. Also, the video content can be used for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube-shorts.

We recommend that when the content becomes available that you copy it to your Canva account to make it yours permanently.  This takes a few clicks.  Each month, on the 1st, we release new content, and all members, regardless of their join date, receive access to the same content for that specific month.  The previous month's content is archived when new content is released. However, if you forget to copy it - or if you lose access to your content, our support team can send you a new link to the Canva templates at any time.
